Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Payment can be made via bank transfer or Revolut. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 or more days before the retreat start date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 31–59 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule, activities, or accommodations if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before attending if you have any health concerns.
Liability
Participants attend the retreat at their own risk. The retreat organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards the venue, other attendees and staff. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund. No smoking inside the building.
